Q: How do I register for a course?
Once course dates and locations are available, you’ll be able to register directly through our website by selecting your preferred class and location.

Q: When will new course dates be released?
We’re currently building our training schedule and will be releasing new course dates soon across multiple SiteOne locations.

Q: Where are classes held?
Courses are held at select SiteOne locations with classroom space, allowing us to provide hands-on training closer to where you work.
If a SiteOne classroom isn’t available in your area, we may utilize nearby offsite training facilities to host the class.

Q: What types of courses do you offer?
We offer hands-on training programs designed for real-world application across key areas of your business:

Irrigation
Drainage
Outdoor Lighting
Hardscapes
Agronomics
Synthetic Turf

New courses will continue to be added throughout the year.

Q: Do I need experience to attend a class?
No. We offer courses for all experience levels, from beginners to advanced technicians.

Q: What does a typical class day look like?
Most classes run from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and include a mix of classroom instruction and hands-on training to ensure real-world application.

Q: What should I bring to class?
We’ll provide the materials needed for the course. We recommend bringing a notebook, pen/pencil, and wearing comfortable work attire for hands-on activities.

Q: Will food be provided?
Lunch will be provided. If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate. You’re also welcome to bring your own lunch.

Q: How do certification renewals work?
Irrigator Tech certifications are now renewed through our new Professional Certification Renewal Program.

Certifications renewed or earned in 2026 will be valid for two years. During this transition period, continuing education (CEU) documentation is optional. Continuing education requirements will apply at the next renewal period following this transition renewal cycle.

The renewal process allows certified professionals to:

  • Renew eligible certifications

  • Submit continuing education records

  • Upload supporting documentation

  • Stay connected with future training opportunities and program updates
